Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the website at gram-staking.com (the “Site”) handles and why. The Site has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.

1. Public blockchain data

When you connect a wallet, the Site reads your public wallet address and balances from TON to show your position. Transactions you sign are recorded on the public TON blockchain by design. That data is public and permanent; it is not controlled by us and cannot be deleted by us.

2. Referral and campaign attribution

If you arrive through a partner or advertising link, the Site records which link brought you, so the partner can be credited. For this it stores an attribution identifier in a first-party cookie and in your browser's local storage (up to 90 days), and sends the following to our attribution service: the identifier, page visits and button events on the Site, and, when you connect a wallet or stake, your wallet address and the transaction hash. If an advertising platform added a click identifier to the link (for example Meta's fbclid), it is kept with the attribution record. The Site's code does not send your IP address, browser user agent, email or phone number; as with any website, servers that deliver the Site and its scripts see your IP address when your browser connects to them.

3. Preferences

Your language choice and the state of transactions you have just signed (so a pending deposit or withdrawal survives a page reload) are kept in your browser's local storage.

4. Third-party services

• Your wallet (via TON Connect) handles connection and signing under its own privacy policy.
• TON API providers (such as toncenter.com) receive requests for public blockchain data.
• Telegram: the Site loads Telegram's Mini App script from telegram.org. If you open the Site inside Telegram, Telegram passes basic launch data to the page.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not have access to your keys or your funds.

6. Retention

Attribution records are kept for as long as needed to settle partner rewards and keep accounting records, and then deleted or anonymised. Browser storage stays on your device until it expires or you clear it.

7. Your choices

You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser; the Site will keep working, but referrals will not be credited. You can disconnect your wallet at any time from the Site or from the wallet itself.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
